Wanneer u onderhoud of restauratiewerkzaamheden gaat uitvoeren komt u mogelijk in aanmerking voor een subsidie. Wij helpen met het opstellen en indienen van de volgende subsidies:
– Subsidie instandhouding rijksmonumenten
– Woonhuis subsidie
– Provinciale subsidies voor monumentale panden
Ook kunnen wij helpen met het bijhouden van een dossier en de eindverantwoording van deze subsidies.<\/p>\n

Wanneer men werkzaamheden gaat uitvoeren aan een monument en het monument hierbij wijzigt kan het verplicht zijn om een omgevingsvergunning aan te vragen.<\/p>\n
